A 130,000 sf tenant improvement (TI) project for Universal Studio Hollywood. This was a consolidation project for Universal, as they re-located many of their park executive offices, operations offices, and marketing operations into the five floors of a new building along Citywalk. As with many entertainment clients, time was money, and image is everything. The project schedule and the clean elegant design aesthetic were primary project factors.
