A
130,000 sf tenant improvement (TI) project for Universal Studio Hollywood.
This was a consolidation project for Universal, as they re-located many
of their park executive offices, operations offices, and marketing operations
into the five floors of a new building along Citywalk. As with many entertainment
clients, time was money, and image is everything. The project schedule
and the clean elegant design aesthetic were primary project factors. (Consulting
Architect for Altoon & Porter)
